Happy day loves, I don’t know about you but my skin gets a little thirsty for moisture in the winter and this year it’s been even more obnoxious because of my post pregnancy hormones. I decided to nurse my little guy and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. It was challenging at times and I wanted to quit, but I committed to it for at least the first 6 months and I’m so glad that I did. Shiloh will be 6 months this weekend and I can’t believe how time has flown. However this post isn’t about nursing, it’s about skin! I happen to follow Whole Foods Market (Galleria in St. Louis) on instagram. The marketing team over there is pretty awesome and have been having some neat DIY events lately. A few months ago I made a DIY body mist and I use it every day. Last month I made a body scrub and it has been excellent for turning my otherwise dry skin into smooth luxurious skin. I sound like a commercial lol, but it’s true. It is a wonderful product that I got to make myself and it was free! Even though the event has past. I gained valuable knowledge that I would love to share with you all.
