Today was a perfect day for lunch in the park and all for a great cause! I got the opportunity to attend the 23rd annual Forest Park Forever luncheon a fundraiser to keep this beautiful park flourishing in the St. Louis region.  If you live in St. Louis, Forest Park is probably a place that you frequent to exercise, go to the zoo or art museum, go paddle boating or slide down art hill on a snow board during the winter.  Today the park was filled with the most spectacular hats and I had the opportunity to serve as one of the anonymous judges walking around inspecting every had that came in.  There were several categories: whimsical, couture, homemade, fascinators, vintage, and best male hat and no one disappointed.  Prizes including  jewelry form Tiffany & Co., Spa packages from Neiman Marcus and Airline tickets.  All in all this pretty fun event raised about $300,000 for our beautiful Forest Park.  Check out a few pics from today’s event!
